About Jina

Jina Hardy is the Chief Learning Officer of LX Design Agency and a recognised leader in learning strategy, facilitation, capability building, and organisational development. She works with organisations that want more than courses. They want clarity, capability, and a learning ecosystem that actually works in practice.

Jina partners with organisations across Australia and internationally to strengthen learning functions, uplift capability, and design experiences that lead to real performance shifts. She’s known for her skill as a professional facilitator, creating spaces where people think clearly, contribute confidently, and solve real problems together. Whether she’s guiding executive teams, mixed project groups, or frontline leaders, her facilitation helps organisations move from talk to action.

Her work spans learning strategy, instructional design, capability frameworks, culture and behaviour change, and the learning that happens in the flow of work, inside the ecosystem where people share knowledge, solve problems together, and strengthen capability through everyday practice. She helps organisations see what’s actually happening beneath the surface and build environments where learning is continuous rather than episodic.

As an AITD Fellow and long-standing contributor to the Institute’s national work, Jina plays an active role in advancing the L&D profession. Her practice is grounded in research and real-world insight, shaped by a Master of Education and ongoing collaboration with industry, government, and community organisations.

Before founding LX Design Agency, Jina established and led a government-accredited Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised programs in allied health and wellness. Nearly a decade running accredited education taught her two lessons that guide her practice today. First, quality learning changes lives. Second, organisations are complex creatures and pretending otherwise helps no one.

Jina’s approach draws from this depth. She blends systems thinking, adult learning science, and practical experience to guide groups through complex conversations, capability shifts, and design challenges. Her style is clear, collaborative, and quietly provocative when it’s needed. She’s frequently engaged to facilitate strategic planning sessions, capability workshops, co-design activities, leadership conversations, and learning culture diagnostics.

Her broader background includes operational leadership, start-up development, quality systems, and marketing strategy. This gives her a rare combination of commercial acumen, learning expertise, and a practical understanding of how organisations actually function. Clients find this refreshing. It keeps projects grounded in reality rather than fiction.
